Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. Announces Petition Update

Vancouver BC, May 1, 2013: The Company is announcing that it has received a request made to Hunter Litigation Chambers by the Ministry of Justice for a period of time to respond to the petition. The Company has agreed to May 31st as the date by which the Ministry of Justice is to respond. The parties have also agreed to a hearing date in July.
